Mike: Why does the clitoris or glans get sensitive after orgasm?
everywhere I look has a bad explanation or no explanation and they all say it’s normal, but what is the mechanism of action which causes the female clitoris or male glans to become very sensitive after orgasm? What goes on in the brain to cause this?

Well, they’re pretty sensitive before orgasm too!
