Why do people give any credibility to organized religions such as Christianity, Judaism and Islam? Beyond the fact that science has completely proven their creation theories to be false, it seems that those religions mainly serve as tools to advance political agendas. They seem to only divide people and teach them to hate. Why do people still follow these religions?

Tradition and indoctrination. You’re right – they have next to nothing to offer.
Galileo was executed for disagreeing with them, for centuries they disdained bathing (mostly because it reminded of the Roman bathouses), and they regularly fight anything even resembling scientific advance.
What’s worse, they convince people that life has no purpose outside of serving a critter that the priests swear is there but no, they can’t prove it.

Well I’m sure we could ditch them, but these religions brought about improvements such as hospitals, social services, adoption agencies, most (if not all) of the major advancements in major branches of scientific thought during it’s infancy stage, plus it gives meaning to human life.
