Can I convert to Judaism?
If a Jew converts to Islam would he still be considered a Jew or a Muslim?
If I am allowed to convert to Judaism, once I convert, can I call people who make fun of me (with offensive words towards Jewish people) antisemitic?

Yes you can convert, but not using your reasoning.
It’s a long a laborious process to convert. They are highly selective.
If you convert TO something, then you become that.

1. Yes… but be prepared to be challenged as to your really wanting to do it… the Rabbi will try to dissuade you… if you are genuine you will be given proper instruction… it is a most serious matter… you must be very sure and demonstrate your resolve and commitment……………

however, I will answer so others that might be interested. btw: Don’s “answer” is nothing more than falsified nonsense. Those supposed “quotes” don’t exist (several come from supposed books of the Talmud THAT DO NOT EXIST)
Anyone can convert to Judaism IF they don’t have blasphemous beliefs or contrary beliefs. In other words, a Christian, Muslim, pagan or atheist could NOT convert to Judaism and retain their prior beliefs.
If a Jew converts to Islam they are a Muslim. They are an apostate that are forbidden to be considered as part of the Jewish community or religion unless they renounce their new beliefs, repent, make amends and return to Judaism (some rabbis would require a formal conversion back to Judaism.)
Your last “question” is nonsense and shows your lack of actual desire for a a real answer
