I am looking for any non-profit organization or free legal help organization that can help me with questions I have regarding brining my fiancee to the US. Any group/organization near Georgia would be great, if found. Thank you.
Also, additional info: I am a US citizen. I haven’t filed the I-129F form yet, due to these questions.

there are none and rightly so. if you cannot afford to hire an attorney, you cannot afford to bring a spouse over to use our welfare legal services.

I believe the Law Fairy comes to those who believe in her. But you really really have to believe.
Seriously, suck it up and hire an attorney. Hire a good one, and it’s cheaper in the long run. Because immigration is a Federal issue, you can hire an attorney from most any state to help.

Call your local representatives office (state house, senate/ fed. house, senate) and ask for the person who would handel casework.

Have you actually gotten married yet? She can come here on a tourist visa and you can get legally married through a justice of the peace. Then you began with all the filings, which are many. What is VERY important is once she is here and you are married, she CANNOT leave the country. She will NOT be allow back for several years. This has happened to many people. Beware of it.

Go to INS web page. Its free and tells you the proper forms to file. It takes time because of all the steps you have to do. But count on it costing you about $ 1,500 to $ 2,000 bucks to do it yourself. A lot more if you hire an attorney…..But you can do it yourself, just get informed, you will save a lot of $ $ $ Hope this helps and congradulations!

its simple do what everyone else does. Get her in here illegally, knock her up, and wait for her to shyt the kid out. Presto instant citizenship, 80 billion Mexicans cant be wrong. Make sure shes poor and a felon to so my taxes go up.

I am British but married to a US citizen…….we gave up on those forms for me to live there. We married in Houston, Tx. So my hubby now lives here in the UK. A much “simpler” process trust me. Congrats by the way.

Nothing is free, especially not legal services for immigration. If you were talking about a criminal or civil attorney, that would be different. Why doesn’t your fiancee chip in, she’s the one who hooked up with you so she could get here. Seems only fair she pay at least some of the cost.
