Annanamiss: What’s the shortcut to print consecutive apartment labels for a building?
I am doing a mass mailing for an apartment building and need to print out labels for it, with the apartment number on the labels. Is there a shortcut for this? There are like 600 apartments and it will take forever to type in each apartment number one by one. Can I do this on Excel? Or can I buy soem kind of inexpensive machine? Please give me detailed directions.

your best option might be to go to a printers firm that could make the leafelets for you and tell them that you need diffrent numbers on each.

if your handing them out yourself, i’d save the hassle of making it indevidual and try to edit it so that you have either a blanc so the appartment fills in the number themselves (if they have to have it specific) or edit it so it doesnt require a number.

Yes, you can do a mail merge from an Excel spreadsheet or Word document if you already have one set-up. Or use the wizard to setup a new one, because you will probably need to do it again.
