Generally you cannot transfer money from your bank account to another person’s bank account. Some banks offer this option and they charge you a hefty fee to do so plus it takes 3 or 4 days even when you make the transfer on line.
These services will transfer money to other “members” accounts for you. You join and your aunt Mary joins, then you can send money back and forth to each other. There is a fee for performing each transaction.
These services are generally not used to pay bills, like your monthly insurance or electric bill. They are only used to transfer money from one account to another.
Your debit card is always the cheapest solution to buying on-line or bill pay on-line because it pays directly from your checking account and there are no fees involved.
