What’s a tastefull way to seduce a female co-worker?

Mike: What’s a tastefull way to seduce a female co-worker?
I have this female co-worker who is very friendly with me. I don’t know how to flirt let alone know how to seduce. Women any suggestions on how to do that without getting too obvious or needy? Plus it has to be done in good taste as to not get a sexual harassment complaint! Any tips or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Please no rude or obnoxious gestures please.

listen, if you are serious about her and want a relaitonship with her, then it is ok, get to know her better, invite her somewhere after work. it is the same as the other occasions. the only disadvantage is that working place, but i think if you are 2 mature adults, you will deal with it. i don’t know your policies though. don’t take the risk and don’t risk her job if you mentionfor a fling or short term commitment. we take the risks only if it really worths it. i am not really againist dating in workplace. it may cause lots of problems though. it is your life, your choice.

First of all, when you say seduce, do you mean that you would like to have sex with this woman? Or do you mean that you’d like to ask her out, maybe date her? If you are asking how to get her in the sack with no strings attached, ask her to have a cup of coffee with you on lunch, and tell her you find her very sexy, and you’d like to try a one-night stand to see how compatible you are in bed. It would be rude to “trick” her into bed only to abandon her. She will respect your honesty if nothing else. If you are asking how to ask her on a date, an invite to a group activity with your friends is a good way to see her outside of work, without too much formality. (“hey, a few friends are going to meet for Marley and Me, would you care to join us?”)
