Stephen P: What’s exactly required to sponsor immigrant fiancee?
I am a U.S. citizen and want to know the list of basics I must secure in order to sponsor my fiancee from abroad. The link to the right website will be enough; I can’t seem to find it. Thank you!

The US immigration website has all you need, refer to K1 visas.
You need to prove a valid two year relationship which includes meeting face to face. They will want to see your travel documents. They will request any other documents you may have to verify your relationship.
Your fiance will need to be interviewed at the local consulate.
You will need to have enough income to support both of you without government programs.
If approved your fiance can enter on the K1 visa and you must marry within 90 days. You can apply for a conditional green card for your new spouse.
Once you are married for at least 2 years you can apply to have the condition lifted from the green card.
Answer by Mark CI work and live in Kuwait, (Im a us citizen) and the american embassy here helped me and now my wife (filipino) do the fiancee visa. Check out the american embassy web page of the country you live in, and they should have a list of the required docs. that you will need to fill out. If for some reason they dont, then go to www.uscis.com and follow the directions exactly as stated. A fiancee visa is a K-1, so keep that in mind when you are lookin up visa requirements.
