Emma: What would happen to a 15 year old caught selling hard drugs to other students in high school?
What would happen if a 15 year old male in gr 10 was finally caught selling hard drugs (cocaine) to alot of other kids in school and has been apparently selling since the very starting of the school year? Was selling grams of cocaine for 70 dollars to students, sold about 4 grams a day, and was also selling anabolic steroids to some students for sports?
would he be expelled, charges made?

At my school they have zero-tolerance policy. This kid would be expelled and charges would be made. It’s not as if he was just in possession of a controlled substance, he has been selling it to other kids for a while now.
He would be arrested and could be tried as an adult. Please stay clear of him you don’t want to be involved when the sh*t hits the fan so to Speak.Answer by Lucas Allen is due in April!
he’ll get kicked out of school and charges will be pressed against him and he could possibly go to jail or a juvenile center.Answer by Jamie [ proud wife & mommy of 3]
expelled and charges made for sure. social services would probably also be involved to take a look into the boys home life.Answer by RanaBanana
In my kids high school it would warrant an immediate 22 day suspension or if it’s not the first time, expulsion. The authorities would be notified and drug testing would be done.
If they were proven to be on drugs themselves, they would also have to go to drug counseling/rehab for minimum 3 sessions on the first offense, and a 28 day in-patient program for a second offense.
All of this, of course, in conjunction with the police investigation & charges.

In our public school system here, expelled, charges filed and pressed. He’d end up in jail.Answer by flash
What im interested in knowing is has it happened or is it going to happen?
How on earth do the kids afford $ 70 for the drugs when they are 15?! Do mum and dad know about the drugs?!
If it was my old school they would be expelled charged and end up in some kind of juvenile correctional jail for X amount of years and hopefully if the justice system is working to get drugs and dealers off the streets and out of our childrens arms and noses then he will be prosecuted as an adult not just a child because he knows better than to sell drugs and the kids that are buying the drugs need a good swift kick up the @$ $ for buying the drugs and steroids!
Parents need to take a closer look at their childrens behavior and if they are parenting they should know somethings not right!
Me personally if it was my son selling and or buying I would kick his @$ $ to whoop whoop and back again and then send him to rehab and then jail just to make a point!
