a latte from mcdonalds,also a fruit and walnut salad.i thought the coffee more mellow,less “burnt” or acidic flavor than starbucks,and the fruit and walnut salad was delicious.if u choose carefully,mcdonalds isnt a complete nutritional disaster.stick with the coffees and fruits,and use splenda,not syrup in their coffee drinks.
