I know the Christian date and birthplace, but I was wondering about Judaism and Islam.
Where did they take form and where were they practiced in their earliest years?
Any reliable history source and further details – any information provided will be deeply appreciated.

All these three religions (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam) came from the Middle East. That is where they originated and where the messages were sent down upon the prophets.
The first person to be considered a Jewish person was Abraham, who lived around 1810 BC
Judaism as a religion was formalized at the Revelation at Sinai, when G-d gave the Torah to Moses and pronounced the Ten Commandments in front of around three million people, in the year 1313 BC
Islam was founded around 610 AD by Muhammad in a cave outside of Mecca.

Judaism began with King David from the tribe of Judah who 3,000 years ago united Jerusalem as both the secular and religious capital of Israel and defeated Israel’s adversaries, thus allowing his son Solomon to build the Temple in Jerusalem.Answer by Hatem A
This information is according to Islamic belief:
Islam was born when the holy Qur’an was revealed to Mohammed around 610 AD in Mecca.
Judaism started with Moses when the Torah was revealed to him in the Sinai. The date is not specified in Islam, but it was about 3000 years ago according to history.
In the Islamic belief, the faith has never changed since Adam was created, which is the oneness of God (monotheism). This is the same faith of Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Mohammad, all of whom are considered prophets. According to Islamic belief, the Trinity was not part of Christianity, but was added to it later on by people.
