Christy: What to look for when mattress shopping?
I am in the process of re-decorating my bedroom and I am currently matress shopping. I own a waterbed so I’ve never done any mattress shopping before. I have no idea where to begin. Matresses seem so expensive and there are so many to choose from. Where do I start? What should I be looking for? What are some inexpensive brands or inexpensive places to shop?

A good mattress will be one you are going to feel comfortable laying on. It depends on you taste and budget some people like their mattress soft some like them hard. Ley lying and rolling on a mattress in the store before you buy it. Try the sleep number bed you can adjust its firmness and its more economical in the long run, the initail cost is a bit high but its worth it.
as you mentioned that you are currently mattress hunting. How seroius are you in getting one what type you like and how much are you willing to pay for one. this is not a sales pitch because I am not a saleman by profession. Out there there are various type of mattress but if I were you dont buy with coil spring At my age right now I have been lying on a coil spring bed for 46yrs and what did it gave, sore back so try tempurpedic but be aware it is expensive but results are great. as a matter of suggestion dont go for inexpensive brand you’ll be sorry when you reach the same age as I am right now if you count the number of uncomfortable nights sleeping in an inexpensive mattress such as coil spring and try going to physioterapist you tell to your self why did I not invest on a good mattressAnswer by ask me about make up and fashion
