Sora★: What stretches and exercises are done in rhythmic gymnastics?
I’m going to be starting a trampoline and tumbling class soon but i really want to do rhythmic gymnastics too. my mom probably won’t let me do both so i was wondering if someone could tell me what stretches and exercises are done in the class. oh, and please don’t just say ‘go to a gymnastics instructor. they should know’ because if i had the time to do that then i wouldn’t be asking online. Well, I’m not completely sure what kind of stretches and exercises are done in rhythmic gymnastics, but I know some in regular gymnastics. (Artistic gymnastics). We do the splits, hold them for a minute each way. (Right, left, and middle). We do shoulder stretches and leg stretches, back bends for back flexibility. And tons more. Good Luck!
