Jose R: What sport should I play for middle school?
Well….I’ve already thought of sports I want to play. Baseball or soccer. I played baseball for a season but then stopped for some reason (weird it rhymed). I play soccer at home but not very often. I feel that I don’t know how to play these sports much but they are the only ones I like. I’m not very strong and I am a bit clumsy. Any suggestions? My family LOVES soccer but my two friends play baseball. What sport should I play for middle school?

I think that you should play Baseball!
You have a lot of catching up to do in baseball and soccer because so many kids start at a young age in independent leagues. You have the same problem with football, but it is not as bad. Football teams need 11 guys on offense and 11 guys on defense and then special teams. So you may have a better shot of playing football. It’s just running and hitting so maybe you’re good at it. Still, a year of experience in baseball is pretty good so maybe baseball. Try out for all the teams and see how you do. Good luck.Answer by Jordan
I have played both and would say soccer. it seems like most people can develop skills for soccer if they try but baseball can be dificult if you did not play when you were young. soccer also gets you more physically fit. but do not let anyone else influence your opinion if you truly do want to play one sport more than the other. just go with what your gut saysAnswer by Jairhea(:
Well do you like both?? If so go for it! Try out for both you never know until you try and once you make it you will practice and continue to get better 🙂 If I had to pick one I would say soccer just because I have played soccer for about 10 years but baseball is also very fun especially since you are with friends.
If you can only try one I pick soccer otherwise try both and see which you like:) Also if you like running (im assuming you do if you can play soccer) track and field is a great sport the meets are a ton of fun and you can run the race that fits your running style , it doesnt have to be miles and miles!
Have fun!
