How much do you know about the Art Teacher? Is this person a coffee drinker? You could get them a gift set of coffees, um or a gift card of some sort. Maybe to an art supply store in your area, I could give better ideas if I knew more about the person.

You can go to the dollar store and get her 10 times as much as you can at a regular Target or Walmart.
You can start off by getting a stocking, and then filling it with candy, art supplies such as paints, crayons, markers, scissors, tape, etc. and then finishing it off by writing the art teacher’s name on it with glitter glue. I suggest writing Mrs. or Miss whatever her last name is so she can hang it in her classroom.
