What should a mother do when she knows that her son is a professional criminal, but has no idea what crimes he commits, because the son does not want his mother to be an accessory crime the fact, but knows they are not violent crimes? He also has never been arrested and has never been in jail.
Basically her son gives his mothers lots of money to keep for him in a safe place. The mothers suspect that her son in involved with credit card fraud.

Well, in my case my brother did a lot of stuff.
We never knew what but we weren’t stupid.
We’ve had the cops raid our house but we never got in trouble.
If he hasn’t gotten caught yet then he is good at what he does.
Everybody gets caught eventually though.
Try talking to him about it.
Try to get his life back on track before it’s too late.
Well a good parent would turn in her son to show him the error of his ways and to show that if he has decided he is going to keep living this way that you would want no part of his life because of his stupid choices in the past.Answer by missbeans
If she is keeping money from him that is stolen, she is an accessory, and if she doesn’t report it, then she could be charged with aiding and abetting, receiving stolen property, and accessory after the fact. She should report her suspicions to the police.
Thumbs down if you want, but you aren’t doing your kids any favors by not making them face the consequences of their wrong doing. Just because his crime isn’t violent, doesn’t mean he isn’t hurting anybody.
