littlegirlage10: What should a mother do if her little girl wants to live with her father?
What should a mother do if her little girl even a toddler want to live with her father, just because that is what he want and she want to make her father happy. He father will still encourage her to see her mother almost every day. The courts don’t care as long as both parents agree and there is no supervised visitation order in effect with the father. The court will even allow this if the mother has full custody the father parental right are terminated and the mother does this voluntary.

Let her. Start another family that wants You.
You are correct, you can change the custody agreement. BUT — Make sure as a mother that 1) this is something you feel is best for the child and 2) you don’t want to change your mind.
Once you have relinquished custody, it’s very difficult to get it back. Make sure your child is in the best parents custody. If it’s dad, let her go. If you’re trying to make someone happy and you’re the better parent, don’t let her go. You may not get custody back until she’s a teen and chooses to live with you, that could be a long time from now.
