What religions is it against their bylaws to get a government issued ID or drivers license?

Some of the older groups like Hutterites, Bruderites, Mennonites and Amish consider photos as “vanity” and/or “graven images.” It’s not about “stealing your soul” but about what they percieve as humility. For the same reason old-order Amish do not have buttons on their clothes, preferring snaps or pins on the inside, because they consider buttons a vanity adornment.
