What non-sexual differences are there between a man who can control his lust and a man who can’t?

the REAL law of attraction: What non-sexual differences are there between a man who can control his lust and a man who can’t?
I know that among woman there is a huge difference in sexual practices between religious woman and non-religious woman.

But among men, there is no difference in sexual practices between those that are religious and those that aren’t.

Every time I discover a guy that I think is really virtuous, idealistic, selfless or righteous, I discover that he is sexually immoral.
