What movie is it with the thief training with bells and strings?

Leo: What movie is it with the thief training with bells and strings?
I’m trying to remember what movie I’m thinking of. The only thing I remember about it is the woman has to train to break in and steal something, and her trainer makes her go through a room of bells tied to strings blindfolded to memorize the motion detectors where she’s breaking in to.

I know that’s vague but does anyone know what movie I’m thinking of?
