What makeup would look good with my dress?

CrimsonMetal: What makeup would look good with my dress?
I have a Navy Blue Dress with Silver rhinestones. I don’t really want to wear navy blue eyeshadow and I want something really classy for Prom. Could someone answer with a link to cute makeup (Including lipstick color) or describe something cute for me?

if this is for prom, i think you should go somewhat dramatic but not too over-bearing because you dont want all the focus on your eyes (your dress needs some attention too!). so i would go for a brown smokey eye. here is a pic of a good example…

for the lips i would go with a pink-ish lipstick/lipgloss. pink lips goes great with a smokey eye and any color clothing. the key is to keep the pink subtle!! no bright fuchsias or anything crazy like that because that will clash with the dress horribly. here is an example…

I think a silver color all over the lid would be pretty, with navy blue in your crease, and a little bit of black in your outer crease and the outer corner on your eye. and for face, maybe for of a bronzy blush, I recommend Este Lauder blush in Tawny, I think that would be a very pretty color. And a glossy nude color on your lips. Hope this helps!
