I want to know why public think rugby league is so enjoyable.

watch a game.

it is like the best sport ever. fast, exciting, and involves players to be physically good at both offence and defence. players can make unpredictable plays, in both offence and defence, at any time in the game. games can come down to the final seconds, or the last goal kick/field goal to win. the number of fans it draws to games gives it a mouth-watering atmosphere. NRL is like a culture for Australia. we love it, it represents us, and we are good at it. whether a game is locked at 16-all with 2 minutes to go, or the score is 50-0 with 2 minutes to go, it is still exciting to watch.

Thats easy, the mates you play with, share wins, losses, training, and many beers with lol.

I am an older guy and and now live in Perth WA, but still in touch with 3 good mates in Sydney that played in the Business Houses Comp all those years ago.

The real pleasure is the stories get better and better as the years go by, length of the field tries – when it was really 10 metres out, goals from the sideline when straight in front hahaha.

BUT – stats dont lie I DID make 52 tackles in my last game as a VERY small 2nd Rower – wearing the old number 9 the opposition told me I had jumper on upside down hahahahah.

THATS what makes PLAYING Rugby League so great.
