Haley: What law keeps the president from firing cabinet members?
If you don’t think there is such a law then you are wrong, so only answer if you know what the law is called.

None. They serve at his pleasure.
I’ve never heard of such a law or heard of it being employed. Generally what you see is cabinet members stepping down at the end of the first term or “resigning” under circumstances that suggest he or she was invited to leave.
I expect that the cabinet members are “at will” employees like most of us.
