What kind of tampon should I use for gymnastics?

live_life******: What kind of tampon should I use for gymnastics?
I just recently started gymnastics and I am 14 years old. My period is slightly heavy for my age, and since I am new to gymnastics, I am *not* like most gymnasts who have either no, very light, or an irregular period. So what kind of tampon would be best for me?

WOW im so jealous i love gymnastics i did it for awhile. im 14 too 🙂 taxpax pearl are good. and there are many many brands. playtex sports. something that is comfortable and flexible. hope i helped!

Since you a gymnast, playtex sport is a good choice. It holds up well with all that moving around.
