Learning new skiill son your own is dangerous so maybe you could become good and prove to your parents that you’ll be a good hardowrking gymnast .
you shoudl use these condtioning exercises to help you become stronge
can you do spilts ?
you should ceck on utube for a lot of tuorials and all theres usm really good helpful ones but dont attempt to do somehting like a backflip or even a backhandpsring without a spotter
.
I think that it would be pretty difficult to teach yourself gymnastics. You can’t see what your doing, you need a coach to be able to spot you on things and tell you what you need to correct. Sure, you may be able to teach your self things like handsprings, but most likely, your form will be off. And once you learn a skill a certain way, it’s hard to make corrections. I suggest you perfect basic skills like handstands, splits, forward rolls, cartwheels, round offs, etc. Then show your parents, and try to convince you to let you sign up again.Answer by Faithy
