I got hurt on the job.Right now I get workmans comp.And they are doing what they are suppose to but I have a long process before I am healed.Right now they are rushing me back to work and the doctors say no.Because my hand has more healing to do before they can send me back to work.Right now my hand is considered an open wound. want to check on a lawyer because the insurance company is starting to get pushy and our changing things they say.One of the things they changed on saying was That my husband could ride with me to my doctors visits in the cabs.I have to travel 2 1/2 hours to my doctors and 2 1/2 hours back home.So I do not have e money for gas or car repairs if something happens to the car.So for the first time we took them up on the offer and now they say he can not ride with me because its a liability.They are doing this because theywant him to take me because it costs less for them.I am afraid if I do not get a lawyer they will screw me in the end.What lawyer do I need?

There are lawyers that specialize in work related injuries…look in the phone book or online.

You need a personal injury lawyer. Find one who doesn’t charge a fee up front. They will take a percentage of your settlement.

Why your boss so bad. I know some lawyer who do not charge oufront from you. But they will charge you when you have successfully win the case and got claim. In this case you do not have to worry about the $ . Do take care and rest well. . May God bless you with good health and find your good lawyer soon
