Crowned clown: What kind of language do they use in a maths AS exam to make a person trip up?
I’ve got my AS maths exam tomorrow and was wondering how the sentences will be structured to trip someone up. For example, in one of the exam questions they ask for the answer in surd form and i found out that this is simply in a quadratic form.

No exam is designed to ”trip a person up”. It’s simply not allowed. If you read the question slowly and carefully then you will be fine. Good luck!
