My kid finished a degree in business management (operational) but I say this, they put you in training anyway as assistant manager and now she is going back to finish a masters in that because you need that to get the larger salaries, sorry to say.

Answer by Gambit1It depends on what you focused on as an undergrad the quality of your school’s program. You can get a job as an accountant, investment banker, management consultant, or get inside of a general management program at companies like IBM or P&G. The Business Degree is a pretty general degree and doesn’t hold much weight because of that. You’ll really have to find your speciality whether its marketing or finance, to start to move up salary rise, and eventually any employer will want you to go back to get an MBA.Answer by Princess Kasumi
