a barbell is good…but I prefer a hoop with a ball. I feel it maximizes my pleasureAnswer by A Silent Reminder
A curved barbell, or a CBR. If you go with the barbell, make sure it’s long enough to accommodate for any swelling that may occur.Answer by Jen
An 8mm 1.6 curved barbell is standard for a VCH. You will need a sterile hollow needle and forceps for the piercing. Pierce from the underneath upwards or you risk hitting your clitoris and use a mirror to make sure you’ve got the right spot. Obviously it isn’t somewhere you can afford to make mistakes so take your time with it and relax. I know for many women the thought of going to a piercer for something like this is pretty daunting and they’d much rather do it themselves, but please do plenty of research first, look at lots of photos and if possible get some online piercing resources, I’m sure there are educational videos you can buy online to show how to correctly pierce a VCH.
