Phaedra: What is this “making love” thing everyone keeps talking about?
I’ve had sex with someone I love plenty of times. How come it never feels like I’ve made love? And what is that anyway? How is it different from regular sex?
I know this sounds like a weird question but really, what IS making love? Is this something a lot of people experience, or what?

I prefer the term “Make Whoopie” it sensitizes the feelings of sex. If you label it just “sex” or “intercourse” you just don’t feel the same attachment as you do with a cheesy name for the actions…..
idk…to me it’s just a nicer way of saying having sex, the F-word, shagging, etc etc.Answer by TONI D
Making love is diffrent from having that tipicul sex thing! If you truly love someone and your are in love with them! You are not just having woopie but you make love to them! I made love to my x everychance I got! When you love someone you get to feel there soul touching you! And you are one togher! This is called the twin soul! He is still my twin soul! I can feel when something is not right with him when he gets hurt! I can even feelAnswer by lasciloandare
Well, some people just refer to sex as “making love”
I think it’s a silly way to say it and you’ll never hear that phrase pass my lips.
That being said, I think that the difference between sex and ML is that when two people have sex, they just do it. It can be almost animalistic.
But sometimes, when the mood is just right, two people will really connect during sex. Lots of passionate kissing and eye contact. It’s kinda perfect.
