Giggly Giraffe: What is the life expectancy of lingerie?
I may just be unlucky, but it seems that my Victoria’s Secret stuff only lasts about 3 months. The lingerie I get at Target lasts a year …How long do you think lingerie should last for?
Wow I did not realize that men did not like lingerie … 2 minutes … 10 sec’s … not a sec??? Sounds like I’m better with the cheap stuff since no one savors the moment yish.

The target stuff is made from cheaper materials (like cotton, polyesters etc) and it can withstand normal washing. The victorias secret is made from silk & more delicate materials and problably cant withstand much normal washer abuse. Get a laundry bag. Its a mesh bag that you throw all your bras and panties in. Wash them all together in this mesh bag. (dont overcrowd it) This keeps all of your stuff together and keeps it from being wrapped around the agitator and being pulled and twisted out of shape. Laundry bag should cost about $ 2.50. Also.. a lot of Vicky’s panties will reccommend hand washing…. I’d try that too. ( but who has the time for all that). But anyway… i replace all my “everyday” panties about 6 months. My special occasion ones last much longer.

I hate to tell you, but outside of ther bra’s which are pretty good, Victorias Secrets lingerie is pretty much junk. I have a lot of lingerie that last at least a year, or more.
