Dude: What is the least awkward way to respond to “How are you”? when someone passes by you in the hallway at school?
For example, when you’re in a rush to get to class and someone asks “how are you?”, what is a “snappy”, unboring response instead of “good, how are you”? What is a better way to ask “how are you back?” to avoid that awkwardness?

“Great, just a little late.”
Then you take off running.
Them: How are you?
You: Late! (:
being honest lol.

you: In a rush! talk to you later
i think they would understand. i mean it can’t be awkward if you’re just being honest! 0.o

Smile fast and say “I’m good, gotta run.” and leave it at that. When you see them again ask them how they are..
Make a point of it.
