What is the difference between sexual themes and sexual content?

Jamie L: What is the difference between sexual themes and sexual content?
I’m thinking about getting The Godfather 1 for the xbox 360, but I just want to know what sexual themes is.

My guess would be that it could be something like describing sexual things or making reference to prostitutes, something like that. The sexual content I would say could mean actually showing scenes of it, or nudity in general.

Just my take, as I’ve not played it.
