What is the difference between cleansing milk and a makeup remover?

hmmm: What is the difference between cleansing milk and a makeup remover?
I have seen some people using cleansing milk to remove makeup, while others use a face makeup remover and an eye makeup remover separately. Which is better? And also what are some good drugstore makeup removers and cleansing milk products? I’ve heard loreal is good. But what’s your choice?

Cleansing milk is better as it’s made up of milk which is natural n good 2 our skin n MR has chemical in it.Ayur cleansing milk is nice n yaa L’oreal is very good, I too use it

cleansing milk is better and it is not harmful even and your skin can be without any pimples and loreal is the best company.

cleansing milk is better and no harm but all so to save money you can use baby oil olive oil or vaseline to take off the eye make up you would want some type of cleanser tho to get off the face make up.
