the diva: What is the best style of dancing for exercise?
This is the only type of exercise I can tolerate. I’m agoraphobic, so something I could do at home would be great. But if I am motivated (not by exercise, but by dancing) I’d leave the house. I like doing DDR. I used to be a disco queen and absolutely loved it!
How about the most fun purely recreational dance?

Try Belly dancing, is really fun and it is good way to exercise.
i am belly dancer i lose about 3 pound every week.
But you have to dance at least everyday and for 20- 30 minutes.

YEa, Disco was great! Now days, the best dancing for excecise that I know of, is Country Western Line Dancing.
