Mz.ANTM: What is the best restaurant to eat in for a classy birthday dinner?
I chose a restaurant for my eighteenth birthday however, the restaurant has no availability. Can anyone give me restaurant suggestions for a classy atmosphere. My dinner theme is pink or black, I have less than a month to pick a good restaurant.
