: What is the best restaurant to eat at in Dallas for a 17th birthday?
Hello!!
I’m having my 17th birthday coming up pretty soon and I was wondering what the best restaurants were to eat at in Dallas. I want a restaurant that is not 100 dollars a plate more like red lobster price range . What places do you guys recommend that is not so expensive but really good. Thank-you!!
P.s i really don’t want to eat barbecue, fried, or Mexican restaurants.

The Dallas restaurant scene offers a wide variety of cuisines. Make no mistake, though: sizzling steaks and tender beef brisket are what made the city famous. That said, Bob’s Steak & Chop House and Al Biernat’s are top steakhouses, and Sonny Bryan’s serves up legendary beef brisket. Honoring its spicier roots, Dallas also has its share of tasty Tex-Mex eats at places like Deep Ellum’s Monica’s Aca Y Alla and Cadillac Bar in the West End, an old warehouse quarter that’s been remade into a trendy restaurant, club and retail district. If a foray into global cuisine is in order, the chic McKinney Avenue and Knox-Henderson areas are home to many of the city’s best restaurants, including the Japanese Teppo and eclectic Abacus. Downtown and Greenville Avenue feature outstanding dining choices as well.
