Amber: What is the best method to ace the exams?
My GCE exams are less than one month away and I’ve not yet revised my whole syllabus. I can’t seem to remember what I’ve revised and I never seem to be able to do a past exam paper right. What can I possibly do?

How are you revising? If your simply just reading through your notes, it isn’t likely to sink in. It all depends on the way you learn best.
If your a visual learner, try drawing diagrams and pictures of what your revising. If they aren’t appropriate for the subject e.g. history, try drawing or visualising a funny picture that would trigger your memory. For example, Martin Luther King could be a stick man with a crown on his head, at the shop buying items costing 29p and 68p, his birth and death years.
If you learn best by listening, record yourself reading key dates, facts etc and listen to them back.
If you learn by doing, try doing something practically. (This is why we DO the experiments in science, not just read about them.)
Some people need to make notes as they read, others write cue cards or post its. Diagrams, flow charts and brainstorms can also help. This survey looks at specific learning styles, and gives some recommendations on the way you learn best:
