What is the best Harmonica book that helps you develop your single notes and bends?

Zappa Fan: What is the best Harmonica book that helps you develop your single notes and bends?
I need something like a good intermediate or advanced Harmonica Method book that emphasizes developing single notes and bends. Like Pares Scales for Harmonica or something like that. What is the best book for this? Or, what is the best way to practice this without a book – if that way is better?

I don’t know of any books but here’s a link I found:

Bending takes practice and patience. I found it’s easier to start bending on a A or Ab harmonica as the reeds are naturally longer than on a C harmonica.

It sounds silly but Harmonica for Dummies is an excellent book. I have bought many harmonica books in the past and this is by far the best. It is by Winslow Verxa. It also has helpful diagrams. It helped me develop bending notes, and I’m self taught.
