What is the best government in the world?

Anonymous: What is the best government in the world?
I just want to know different people’s opinions. I believe that each person will naturally want different things from their government, and I seek to find out if this is true. In which case, there is no best government for all but only best government for the individual.

I am asking best government in the world based on country, but not necessarily best country (climate, population, culture, etc can influence this). I am NOT asking best government system (democracy, republic, totalitarian, socialist democracy, etc)

So what do you believe is the best government in the world? You can choose from any region OR time period.

we can not actually praise any government because no government is actually working for the welfare of the people. but still i hope the govt of USA is good.

Isle of Man. Oldest parliamient in the world. Tax-haven and finance centre, keeps the wrong sort out by immigration control, awful weather, expense and remoteness from big cities.

Constitutional Republic (in the long term). Benevolent dictator (in the short term as succession is bound to fail as results are based on one outstanding individual).
