TI-84 Plus graphing calculator. I just took geomerty last semster and that really is he best option and you can use it for algebra 2 next year.
My son took Algebra in 7th last year and the teacher recommended which calculators they should buy. He continued to use the same calculator in Geometry this year and it worked well for him. It’s a Casio FX 300 ES ($ 14.99) @ Staples. The display is natural style (looks like how you’d write out problems on paper — definitely try to get that style) and it’s easy to read. I was thinking we’d have to get a different calculator for Geometry, but he didn’t need one, they use a book that high schools use for AP Geometry.Answer by binx2704
if your doing sin, tan, cos and stuff like that, i did year 9 last year and i had (and still have) a Casio (scientific calculator) fx-82AU and that served me well with the whole maths saga and lasts a long timeAnswer by Kinko
A scientific calculator is all you really need for geometry, but planning ahead, you might as well get graphing calculator so you dont have to buy that in the future.
