What is my tattoo supposed to look like after the scabbing is gone?

40oz. Babiii: What is my tattoo supposed to look like after the scabbing is gone?
Some of the scabbing on my tattoo is coming off and the parts of the actual tattoo I can actually see look shiny, almost like plastic film is over it. Is that normal?

Yeah. Just keep taking care of it. Dont scrape it. It eventually goes away. Most tattoos have two layers of the plastic looking stuff.

Just as long as you have kept your tattoo clean and well creamed it will be ok once it
has fully healed.
Your tattoo will look brighter, cleaner and clearer once healed.

That is normal. It should have a shiny appearance for about another week or two. When the shine is gone your tattoo should be healed. Keep taking care of it.
