I need to draw a cartoon and I cannot think of anything. Something that shows that George Washington is the father of The United States of America, Ideas?

George Washington pushing a stroller with a baby USA map (you could do the 13 colonies or the entire 50 states I guess) inside with a pacifier in its mouth.

Why George Washington?….why not Uncle Sam and the Statue of Liberty (Lady Liberty)…since he represents the Govt. George Washington was a good president. You may confuse the viewers that you are talking about founding fathers……Uncle Sam holding a mug that says #1 Dad and a baby US map with a bottle
