What is a good dance system I can use to get good exercise and lose weight? Like one you can use with your TV?

princess101: What is a good dance system I can use to get good exercise and lose weight? Like one you can use with your TV?
I want one of those, but I don’t have a Wii or anything, so I can’t get the Wii one or any other one that goes with a console. How about like Dance Dance Revolution? Do you need a console for that? What are some other good ones that are fun, and a good way to lose weight. Thanks! Any advice will help!

yes you do need a console for DDR. xbox, xbox360, ps2 or ps3 will play the game. im sure a few others will too. but as you said, i dont think there are any other ways to set up a dancing game without a video console. you could try getting a dance work out video and use that instead? i hope i could help! dancing is a great way to lose weight and really gets your heart pumping
