My pledge mom/close friend is graduating from college soon and considering she spent a lot of money on me for gifts, I feel the need to give her a generous graduation gift. I am trying to arrange to get her a combined gift with all of her other pledge kids. If it all works out, I will be getting her a combined gift with three of her pledge kids. Therefore, we can split the cost. Do you have any ideas?

Older women often enjoy gifts like a trip to the spa or membership that gets them a free massage every month, etc. I’ve gotten this for my birth mother more than once when I had enough cash for it.

If she’s leaving to go to a new home, you might want to gift her some of the living essentials like pots, pans, utensils, or specialty items like an electric kettle, rice cooker, etc. Many times these items can come packaged together really nicely if you look around.

If she’s more interested in ‘fun’ stuff, you could gift her a game system or karaoke set if she’s more of a social girl.

If you have enough money, all of you could go on a short weekend trip together to someplace spectacular like Vegas or the beach or even out of the country (if you’re really rich! lol)
