minxyrinxy: What is a CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT ORDER when a nasdaq company posts to the SEC?
What does a CT or Confidential Treatment order means.
All I know is its a submission made by a NASDAQ company to the SEC, but what are the implications, what does it mean? What is it normally used for?
Is it good or bad?
