josephine b: What hair dye product/ hair service should I try if I want to dye my hair without damaging it?
My hair is really prone to split ends. I had massive split ends and dry hair after coloring my hair before. Now that my hair is healthy again, may I ask what hair dye product or hair service I can try to color my hair brown (from black) without damaging my hair? Is this somehow possible? I mean, I heard all hair dye will ruin your hair. Thanks!

Nahh, there isnt a way to not damage your hair while dying it!
You could get your hair done at a really good salon. And after your get your hair dyed you have to take care your hair really well. To take care of your hair use products that are made for color treated hair you could try color me happy by herbal essences, and don’t use a lot of heat.Answer by keke
Sorry but all dyes other than semi, demi.permanent colors will damage the hair. Ask your stylists to use 10 volume which is the weakest amount of dye to lift the hair to a brighter volume. Maybe they are using too high in volume like 20, 30 and 40. Also remember to use a great shampo and conditioner to keep the hair heathy after getting the colorAnswer by Sarah
i had this same problem, i had dry hair and dyed it black, i found it quite difficult to dye my black hair any lighter but i just used a light brown perminant hair colour to duy over it and this gradually worked but did slightly damage my hair. Dont bleech your hair to try and make it lighter as i also tried this and it rele rewined my hair completly and was not worth it. Any perminant hair duy will slightly damage your hair but there are products that can help. I used Redkin Extreme Anti snap to help repair my hair and this did help. If you go to a good hairdresser they will be able to adivise you also.
