Lacey: What government official in Minnesota could I send a letter to about adoption policies?
I wrote a paper a few months ago on my view on why not letting singles and homosexuals adopt. Does anyone have any ideas of a government offical I could send it too?

Your state governor, your state senator / representative. Your U.S. senators, your U.S. representative, president Obama, etc.
Don’t expect a personal reply. You’ll receive a form letter which thanks you “for your interest in this important matter. You can be sure that your views will receive all of the consideration which they deserve.”
Answer by jaymes_07Write to your State Representative and Senator. Any change to the adoption law would have to come from the legislature, so these are the people you need to convince.
