Personally I love the fashions in “Princess Diaries 2”, but you could try the movie “Fashion” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fashion_(film)

Well, Tim Gunn recently listed these as the top five movies about fashion:
Blow-Up
The Devil Wears Prada (which you already listed)
Funny Face
The September Issue, which is a great documentary.
The Women (1939)

Also, try the original Sabrina, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Designing Woman, Clueless, Sex and the City, Sweet Home Alabama (to an extent), and Prêt-à-Porter (though I’ve heard it isn’t very good).
