Micho: what does this tattoo in elvish say?
I decrypted as much as i can and here’s what i came up with.
in order :
gh(anca) jaws
f(formen) North
f(formen) North
kh(harma/aha) treasure/rage
v(vala) angelic power
khw (hwesta) Breeze
rd(arda)jaws
v(ampa) hook
y(anna) gift
f(formen) north
c/k (calma) lamp
kh (harma/aha) treasure/rage
This is supposed to have a profound meaning apparently… The tattooer himself said “that’s the most profound thing i’ve ever heard”
Does any1 have any idea?

Hm, this doesn’t make any sense this way. The letters don’t form any word at all, not in any Elvish language I know and not in any other language.
My first thought was that you forgot the tehtar, the vowels, or that the names of the single letters are supposed to form a meaning but then something else crossed my mind.
They are many fonts available for Tolkien’s elvish script. Most use a different keyboard mapping than normal fonts (say Arial). Sometimes people type with such a Tengwar font and think they use it right but the Elvish letters don’t make any sense when you just type them. You need to transcribe them properly.
With your information I looked up the single letters again (I’m not familiar with their names but can read the script). From what I got, there would be several ways to read the letters:
nkffkhvkhwrdmpyfckh (this is for the Elven language Quenya)
or
ghffkhw(k)hwrhvyfckh (this is for the Elven language Sindarin)
or
ghffkhm(k)hwrhvofckh (this is also for the Elven language Sindarin, but another mode, where the vowels are full letters)
or
zhffshwkhrhvyfcsh (This is for English)

But none of these versions makes sense. However, when you assume the person who transcribed from English to Tengwar did not know about the altered keyboard mapping, and you look which elvish letter corresponds to which key on the keyboard, you get:
“feed your head”
(actually from your information, you’d get “feed ycur head”, but I assume you’ve misread the “hwesta sindarinwa” for “hwesta”)
Please tell me, no one got that “Elvish” tattoed on his/her skin. Too bad when one gets a tattoo in a script he can’t read…
And because I prefer things to be complete:
Does the version above look like the tattoo in question?
The version beneath actually reads “feed your head”…
